Refund Policy

Swell Industries Australia P/L designers of the Sand Wedge beanbag want you, our customer, to be totally satisfied with your recent purchase.

On receiving your Sand Wedge bean bag please inspect it closely to make sure the order is correct and for any damage that may have occurred during delivery. If you notice any damage/ fault or have received the wrong order please contact us via the contact page immediately with a description of the issue and your order number. A replacement will be sent to you once we have received the wrong/damaged/faulty stock.

We will replace or refund on a Sand Wedge beanbag chair up to a period of 30 days from time of purchase. The product must be in the same new, unused condition when received back to us.

After the 30 day period it will be at the discretion of the company as to whether a refund/exchange is warranted and may incur a 15% administration fee plus the cost of postage.

Damage due to neglect in the use of the product in an unreasonable fashion and not following the care instructions will not be considered for refund.
